Raymond John Ballentine is a father, retired mail carrier, card player extraordinaire and most importantly, recently deceased. His spirit comes back to let his feuding family know his life’s savings are hidden somewhere in the house.
Through new millennium technology, Ray drops in on his family after this funeral and declares that not only is his life savings hidden in the house, but in order for any family member to claim a share of the inheritance, the entire family must spend two days together in the family house. The house looks beautiful at the start of the show, but by the end, it’s in shambles. The play puts the spotlight on how family can just act a fool when money is involved.
