The Wells Fargo Arena IA is a multi-purpose arena located in Des Moines area in Iowa, United States. It has a seating capacity of just over sixteen thousand, nine hundred and was completed in 2005 with a construction cost of one hundred, thirty-nine million dollars. The arena serves as a home ground to the previously known Iowa Chops of the AHL from 2005 to 2009, Iowa Energy of the D-League since 2007 and the Iowa Barnstormers of the AFL Squad since 2008.
