The Bee Gees is a pop and disco act that was formed in 1958. The group was entirely a family affair as it consisted of three brothers: Robin, Maurice and Barry Gibb. At this time, they also confirmed that Steven Spielberg will be directing their biopic. In early 2012, Robin Gibb performed with the military group, “The Soldiers” for a charity show. This appearance, however, was his last. On the 20^th of May, 2012, Robin Gibb passed away after a 2 year battle with cancer. Barry Gibb now remains the only member of the Bee Gees alive.
