Marsha Ambrosias was signed to Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Records for a number of years but failed to release any material due to creative differences with the record company. The album garnered 4-5 star reviews from most publications that reviewed it and managed to climb to the top of the US R&B charts while it reached number 2 on the Billboard 200 charts. The great success of the album was led by the hit singles ‘Hope She Cheats on You’ and ‘Far Away’, both songs garnering much attention from the fans.
