It was greatly liked by the people and also got featured on Hot Country Songs Chart 2009. It was ranked number 60 on Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart and peaked at number 65 on US Hot 100. This song was ranked number 10 on US Billboard Country Songs.
 
The second hit single of this album Dancing in Circles is the final single by Brian Bandas before leaving the band. Stephen played the role of lead vocalist for this song. This song was debuted at number 25 on US Billboard Country Songs Chart, attained a peak of number 59 on US Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart in 2009 and reached number 25 in 2010. World Wide Open, Freedom, Slow Down, Drowning, Me Without You, It’s Up to You and You to Miss are some of the other hit tracks included in the album World Wide Open. This album earned the band more popularity; it reached number 10 on US Billboard Top Country Albums and number 30 on US Billboard 200.
 
The second album released by Love and Theft was their self-titled album, Love and Theft. This album was recorded by RCA Nashville. The album gave a No. 1 hit track Angel Eyes along with another hit single Runnin’ Out of Air. Angel Eyes is the title song of this album, which got number 1 position on US Billboard Country Songs. This song reached number 68 on Canadian Hot 100 and number 32 on US Billboard Hot 100. It was ranked at number 21 on US Billboard Country Songs Chart 2012. This song also got Gold Certification at RIAA United States. Runnin’ Out of Air, a hit single of this album which was ranked number 38 on US Country Songs and number 35 on US Country Airplay Songs Chart. Live in Savannah is an EP released by the band in 2008. The music videos of the songs Don’t Wake Me, Dancing in Circles, Running Out of Air, Runaway and Angel Eyes were also released by the band.
