Local H is an alternative rock duo from America. It was formed in the year 1987 by Scott Lucas. At first it was formed as a rock band that consisted of three members including Matthew Garcia, Scott Lucas and Joe Daniels. Lucas and Daniels met each other for the very first time at school.
