In 2006, Glenn informed in some interviews of his that the Danzig band will start making smaller tours than their larger ones. The band’s first small tour was called the ‘Blackest of the Black tour’. This tour went on to perform on 10 west coast venues in 2006. The Blackest of the Black tour of the band saw a debut by the band’s new guitarist, Kenny Hickey who had come from the Type O Negative band and also one from Steve Zing who was a former bassist of the Samhain band.

2006 was also the year which saw Glenn release an album called the Black Aria II. This album was a follow up album of Glenn called the Black Aria which was released in 2007. In 2007, Glenn completed and released an album titled The Lost Tracks of Danzig. This album was a double CD which had a total of twenty six unreleased songs from the band. In 2008, Danzig embarked on a special tour of their 20 th anniversary and celebrated the release of their new album called The Danzig. The tour was a massive success as it was the band’s first tour in three years. The four-piece toured major states of the US, Mexico and Canada. In 2009 they gave an awesome performance in New Jersey. The performance featured a fantastic appearance from Dr. Chud, Michale Graves and Doyle all who sang songs from an evolved version of the Misfits.
