The Stampeders were also very lucky in attaining their first ever Northern regular season championship in 1995.
 
The new millennium dawned upon the Stampeders as the most competitive one. Over the past decades numerous new and established CFL and Western Division’s members made remarkable progress. Fiercely spirited they contested against the Calgary Stampeders; but the team proved its mettle once again with seasonal wins of years 2000, 2008 and 2010. More importantly the Grey Cup wins of 2001 and 2008 made them the sixth time winner of this title.
