Big Time Rush is a pop rock band based in Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2009 by Curt Hansen , Logan Henderson and Carlos Pena Jr . Later on Curt Hansen was replaced with Kendall Schmidt . The original idea for the creation of the band came from a famous television series on Nickelodeon by the same name. Their debut album “B.T.R” under the genres of dance-pop, R&B, pop-rock and bubblegum pop was released in October of 2010. The debut album made it to Billboard 200 list at #3.
