Sandra Bernhard is a talented actress, singer and an author was born in 1955 in Flint, Michigan. She lived in Arizona for some time where she graduated from High School, before moving to Israel where she lived on a farm. When she was nineteen, she moved back to LA and there started her brilliant career. In 1998 Sandra Bernhard went to Broadway with I’m Still Here… Damn It! It ran for five months off Broadway and then played to sold out audiences in Boston and San Francisco. It was also filmed as Sandra Bernhard : I’m Still Here… Damn It and was broadcast as a HBO Special in 1999.

Over the next few years she continued to appear in small films as well as making TV appearances while touring on the comedy circuit as well. In 2001 she released her album The Love Machine which was based on her show of the same name. In 2006, Sandra Bernhard was back in New York with the show Everything Bad & Beautiful which many critics claim to be her best performance. She toured many US and European cities with it.
