A Dub version of ‘Peace in a Time of War’ was released in 2005, titled ‘Dub in a Time of War’. Their second full length album titled ‘Get Wiser’ was released in 2006 and was listed in the top 10 Reggae albums on iTunes on debut.

A party was organized on January 6, 2006 to celebrate the release of ‘Get Wiser’ at The State Theatre. During the first set, SOJA played their songs from previous albums. The second set consisted of songs from ‘Get Wiser’ entirely. The entire show is now available on DVD titled ‘Get Wiser Live DVD’.SOJA released an EP titled ‘Stars and Stripes’ in January 2008 during which they also recorded their live shows which took place in Hawaii. Their 2009 full length album was titled ‘Born in Babylon’ and their latest album ‘Strength to Survive’ was released in 2012.

SOJAs music is influenced by many talented artists such as Bob Marley. Their album ‘Strength to Survive’ which was produced by John Alagia is inspired by the survival of Bob Marley. The album is a blend of mesmerizing hot rod reggae grooves, creative themes and heart pumping bass lines.SOJA was formed by Jacob Hemphill, the current lead singer and guitarist, and Bobby Lee, the current bassist, during their school days. They met drummer Ryan Berty, percussionist Kennth Brownell and keyboardist Patrick O’Shea at their high school.
